Full Event Planning Coordination starts at $1050


Planning a party/event and have no idea where to start? We have you covered from start to finish, from party ideas to guests dancing the night away. This is our ultimate full-service coordination package. We will handle aspects of your event. This package is for the person who is too busy for all the details of planning but still wants to enjoy the experience. This package gives them peace of mind, allowing the planner/coordinator’s skills and experience to shine through every detail. We take on the hassle allowing you to skip the planning process and focus on the fun stuff. This package includes, but not limited to:

  • Initial one on one consultation to gather all information regarding the event

  • 1 Event planner and assistant if required
  • Confirmation of vendor arrangements
  • Budget creation, analysis and planning
  • Establish a planning timeline (12-month checklist length may vary)
    • Monthly organized timeline checklist
  • Create a personalized and unique event for you
  • Organize visitation of and advise on venue(s) selection (limit of 4 site visits)
  • Provide vendor recommendations, collect quotes. Attendance at 4 vendor meetings of your choice (Caterer, Florist, DJ, etc.)
    • Floral consultation
    • Assisting with event rental company, seating layout
    • Music consultation – finalize preference, song selection and flow
    • Catering meetings and menu planning
    • Help with design, décor and lighting elements
    • Meet with venue coordinator on event layout
  • Once vendor team is selected, we will coordinate their services with the venue, vendor contract negotiations, confirmation, implementation and management
  • Attend final walk through at venue(s)
  • All event paperwork from liquor permits to vendor deposits. Review each vendor contract and become familiar with cancellation/substitution clauses, venue restrictions, set up, tear down times, vendor certificate of insurance. Most venues require each vendor to submit their professional liability certificate – which we will ensure to collect.
  • Create a theme and ambiance using design & décor, lighting and props
  • Assembly and mailing of invitations
  • Guest List Management
    • RSVP tracking and follow-up
  • Program creation, design and distribution
  • Special activities, welcome bags and/or favors
  • Floor plan creation
  • Seating advice and assistance
  • Onsite management and personal availability throughout the entire event (set up to break down)
    • Arrive early to supervise vendor check in/Set up
    • Assist in place card assistance, gathering gifts, personal items, clothing and décor after event
    • Supervise event load out/break down
  • We provide your personal planner and/or assistant’s cell phone number to each vendor as their point of contact for the event day and ensure that your planner and/or assistant have all vendors contact information
  • Perform tasks on your behalf during the planning
  • Time management
  • Up to (3) 1 hour consultations before event
  • Distribution of final payments and/or tips to vendors
  • Flexible communication

Partial Event Planning Coordination starts at $750


Have you made it through part of the planning for your event but either don’t have time to finish or feel overwhelmed with the finite details? Call us and we will pick up where you are and handle the rest. From here, we will be able to help you with some key areas of your event. This package allows you to receive some guidance on how to design the event, as well as a coordinator to keep things organized and running smoothly on the day of. This package includes, but not limited to:
